Bank Statement Converter provides a web-based service that converts PDF bank statements into Excel and CSV formats. The Service supports various banks and financial institutions worldwide.
3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Plan Types
We offer various subscription plans with different conversion limits and features. Plan details are available on our pricing page.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due upon subscription activation
- We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, PhonePe)
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
4.3 Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate.
4.4 Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused credits
- Free trial cancellations incur no charges
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service for legitimate personal or business purposes to convert your own bank statements.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Upload documents you don't have rights to process
- Use the Service for illegal activities or fraud
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Exceed usage limits or abuse the system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce our intellectual property
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bank Statement Converter and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of documents you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents for conversion purposes only.
7. Data Security and Privacy

- Uploaded documents are automatically deleted after conversion
- We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- We are not liable for unauthorized access due to factors beyond our control
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Update or modify the Service
- Suspend access for security reasons
- Discontinue features with notice
9. Limitations and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We support many banks but cannot guarantee compatibility with all bank statement formats.
10. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services or payment processors
- We are not liable for data loss, business losses, or financial decisions based on converted data

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bank Statement Converter from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account settings.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Abuse or misuse the Service
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
