Service Description
Bank Statement Mukti offers an online tool for converting your bank statement PDF files to Excel, CSV and Tally Prime XML file formats. We provide raw data and smart data conversion both, of more than 1000 + banks from India and around the globe.
User Accounts and Registration
2.1 Account Creation
While creating an account, you have to mention complete and authentic details
It is your responsibility to keep your account credentials confidential
You have to inform us immediately if your account is accessed without your permission
Our Service requires you to be at any age group.
2.2 Account Types
We offer two account types:
Cost-Free Plan: Includes free daily conversion credits, but files will be automatically deleted after 12 hours
Paid Plan — More conversion credits, files get deleted after 24 hours and more features
Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. As long as you own or have permission to use them, you can upload bank statements or other bank statements on it.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Upload foreign bank statements without permission
Opportune the Service to prepare and enact any fraudulence or crime
Try to determine the source code, decompile, or hack our Service
Upload files with viruses, malware or some harmful code
Stress our servers through scripts or too many requests
Give access to unauthorized users to the account
Sell, or provide, our Service without permission
Data Privacy and Security
4.1 Data Processing
Every file that we upload is encrypted while being uploaded and processed.
Your bank statements are only processed to convert them
Your bank statements are not stored on our servers permanently
Files converted will automatically be erased in 12 hours for free consumers and 24 hours for paid subscribers
Except as required by law, we do not send, sell or disclose your financial data to third parties.
4.2 User Responsibility
You alone are liable for the truthfulness and legality of the files you upload. Before using any of this converted data for any financial or business uses, we recommend reviewing all data for accuracy.
Payment and Subscription Terms
5.1 Pricing
Prices shown on our website are current and may change at any time
Except as otherwise provided, all fees are nonrefundable.

5.2 Payment Processing
We process our payments through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
You agree to submit accurate payment information
Service can be suspended when the payments are not processed
5.3 Subscriptions
Auto-renew renews your paid subscription unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of a period
You can finish or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
Cancellation is effective at the end of the billing cycle in which you cancel.
Refunds are not given for time left on any portions of a subscription
5.4 Credits
For free users, you will get daily conversion credits which will reset every 24 hours.
If you are paid user, you will get the required credits based on your subscription plan
If you have credits that have not been used, unlike some companies, they are not rolled over to next month.
Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
We and/or our licensors own all content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and technology on Bank Statement Magic and are protected under copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You do not lose ownership of those bank statements and files that you upload. When you use our Service you grant us a limited license to process and convert your files solely in order to provide the Service.
6.3 Converted Output
The converted files that our Service produces are made available to you for your use as an individual or for your business. You shall not assert ownership over our conversion tech nor algorithms.
Service Availability and Limitations
7.1 Uptime
We attempt to provide access to our Service 99.9% of the time, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. From time to time we might do scheduled maintenance and will provide a notice in advance.
7.2 Conversion Accuracy

Not all formats of bank statements can be accurately submitted.
Data that has been converted you are responsible for quality checking
We make no representation or guarantee that the converted output will be accurate and correct, nor are we responsible for any mistakes or omissions in the output of the conversion process.
7.3 Service Modifications
We may reduce or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice to you.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The behavior or content of any third party on the Service
8.2 Maximum Liability
We will not be liable in any theories of liability (including, without limitation, negligence) to you for any amount in the aggregate exceeding the amount paid to us by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You will indemnify and hold Bank Statement Magic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees incurred by Bank Statement Magic, to the extent that they are caused by or arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any of another party's rights
Your uploaded content
Termination
10.1 Termination by You
Users have the right to terminate their account at any point, either through our support team or your account settings.
10.2 Termination by Us
If you: We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account or suspend access to the Services without notice to you if:
You breach these Terms
You commit fraud or another crime
Your account has not been used for a long time
It is a legal obligation that we have to fulfill
10.3 Effect of Termination

You must immediately cease using the Service
